Shipping

All products ordered through our webshop are shipped as parcels to the delivery address you provide. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders in person.

Shipping Costs

BREND does not charge any shipping costs on orders.
Free shipping applies to deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium, and other countries.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 2 working days.
An exception applies to accessories, which have an estimated delivery time of approximately 5 to 7 working days.

Although we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as we depend on our shipping partners.

Shipping Method

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we ship our products via GLS or DPD.

• Orders placed before 4:00 pm are often collected by the carrier on the same working day.
• The average delivery time is 1 working day, meaning you often receive your order the very next day.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to easily follow the status of your shipment and see when your parcel will be delivered.
