Refund policy
Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order if it does not meet your expectations. We advise you to carefully check before placing an order whether the product meets your requirements and to read the product information thoroughly. This helps us avoid disappointment upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to register your return within 30 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason. After registering your return, you then have an additional 30 days to actually return the product.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the order amount within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Conditions for Returns
You may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical shop. Only use the product to assess its operation and characteristics.
Please note:
- If the product has been used, damaged, or is no longer in its original packaging, a reduction in value may be charged or the right to a refund may lapse.
- Products returned outside the withdrawal or return period are not eligible for a refund.
- Unsaleable returns will not be (fully) refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
Have you received a damaged or defective product? Please always report this before returning the item via contact@optimerce.nl.
Only after notification can we properly assess the defect and process it in accordance with our warranty policy.

How do I return my order?
- Register your return within 30 days of receipt by emailing contact@optimerce.nl.
- Carefully package the product, preferably in its original packaging.
- Take the parcel to a drop-off point and send it to the return address below:

Return Costs
- The cost of returning an item is at your own expense.
- For products that can be returned by post, you pay the rate of the carrier of your choice.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Would you like to change or cancel an order? This is possible as long as the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible via contact@optimerce.nl. Depending on the status of your order, we will be happy to see what is possible.
